Since we are a non-profit, we do have some special conditions that apply to our donations and product purchases. Your contributions go directly towards our programs and initiatives, so we are not able to offer refunds. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, The Nasir Valentine Memorial Art Scholarship will offer a free replacement. Please include damage item in the subject line and provide a clear photo showing the issue. There is no need to return the damaged product.
